By accessing or using Gantum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gantum.

2. Description of Service

Gantum is a SaaS platform offering:

  • Sprint planning and management
  • Ticket tracking (tasks, bugs, user stories)
  • Team collaboration
  • Project organization and reporting

We may modify, improve, or discontinue the Service—temporarily or permanently—at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Multi-Tenant Access and Organization Accounts

If you are part of an organization using Gantum:

  • Your organization owns and controls all data within its tenant
  • Your organization determines who may access its workspace
  • We are not responsible for internal access permissions or user management
  • If the organization disables or deletes your account, access may be revoked.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Spam, harass, or abuse others
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create ("Your Content").

You grant us a license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for providing the Service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and all related intellectual property are owned by Gantum. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without written permission.

7. Payment and Billing

Gantum is free until 2027. After this period, we may introduce paid plans.

When paid plans begin:

  • Prices will be communicated in advance
  • You will be notified of pricing changes
  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • You may cancel at any time

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but availability is not guaranteed.

Downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Security events
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for damages resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GANTUM IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • GOODWILL OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gantum and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for other business reasons.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service will cease
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gantum operates.

Any disputes shall first attempt informal resolution; if unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
